New achievements in technological innovation of manganese salt production

With decades of dedication to the production of manganese salt, the company has autonomously developed the world's most advanced potassium permanganate production technique and gained a share of more than half of the global market for potassium permanganate.

In the 1990s, the company began to develop the three-phase pressurization process for producing potassium permanganate

In December 1993, the company was granted first prize of the Award for National Science and Technology Advancement by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People’s Republic of China for its new three-phase pressurized continuous oxidation process for making potassium manganate

In 2000, the company demolished the open hearth process production equipment

In July 2000, the company’s potassium permanganate production technique was identified by Beijing Productivity Promotion Center as being "technically novel and original, internationally advanced and worth of popularization."

In 2000, the pneumatic fluidization tower process was used to produce potassium permanganat

In December 2003, the company was granted the China Excellent Patent Award by the Intellectual Property Bureau of the People's Republic of China for its Method and Apparatus for Continuous Production of Potassium Manganate

The company was honored one of the world’s top 10 chemical market leaders in China by the Chinese Organization Committee at the 14th Session of the Productivity Conference

In 2010, the company’s pneumatic fluidization tower process was listed as an environmentally friendly process by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in the Comprehensive Catalogue of Environmental Economic Policy Supporting Technologies of 2010

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology required in its Document No. 122 of 2010 that the open-hearth process be completely banned by the end of 2010.

The Development and Reform Commission categorized the open-hearth process for producing potassium permanganate as the banned category in its Order No. 9 of 2011 Guidance Catalogue for Industrial Restructuring

The Development and Reform Commission categorized the pneumatic fluidization tower process for producing potassium permanganate as the encouraged category in its Order No. 9 of 2011 Guidance Catalogue for Industrial Restructuring

In 2014, potassium permanganate was identified as a two-high product (i.e. high pollution and high environmental risk) by the Ministry of Environmental Protection unless produced otherwise using the pneumatic fluidization tower oxidation process

The company’s potassium permanganate product has passed the UKAS product certification by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service

The company’s product has passed the NSF certification by the US National Sanitation Foundation

The company’s product has passed the REACH certification by the European Chemicals Agency of the EU
